FUTURE OF FLAG

FAQ

Got questions? We've got answers.

Girl's flag football is a non-contact version of American football where players wear flags on a belt. Instead of tackling, defenders pull a flag to stop a play. It is now a D1 NCAA sport, opening a clear collegiate pathway for female athletes.

Our programs serve athletes ages 10–18. We have beginner-friendly sessions for new players and advanced tracks for athletes preparing for high school or collegiate competition.

Not at all! Many of our athletes are completely new to the sport. Our coaches design sessions for all experience levels, from first-timers to varsity players looking to sharpen their skills.

Wear athletic clothes and cleats (turf shoes work too). Bring a water bottle, a light snack, and a positive attitude. All training equipment is provided.

Absolutely! We offer group bookings for school teams, rec leagues, and organizations. Contact us at info@futureofflag.com to discuss scheduling and pricing.

With flag football now a D1 NCAA sport, college coaches are actively recruiting. Our College Pathway program prepares athletes with film, showcases, and direct connections to coaches actively building rosters.
